But I did take a little break this weekend for 4th of July. I'm not a huge 'decorator for the holiday' person, but for some reason I love 4th of July decorations, so I was excited to host a party last night :) We had over some of my buds from high school. It was great to get to catch up with everyone, and gave me a great excuse to decorate, make pies, and buy flowers :)
What's more american than an ice cold coca-cola?? Don't worry, the beer was added soon after.

ReplyDeleteSo when you did the sparkler pictures did you use a tripod and set it for nighttime shots and set the shutter to just be open longer?
Sorry it took me a while to respond! We did the sparkler pics by setting a low ISO (200) and then a high aperture (22) and long exposure (13 seconds I believe....maybe 8...) on a tripod. It was really fun! You should try it!
